We are a traditional family business belonging to the Acrotec Group with over 200 employees for mechanical precision parts and components. As a Swiss supplier, we are excellently positioned in the market. As a successor to our maintenance team, we are looking for a maintenance employee (m/f/d) 100%, immediately or by arrangement.

As a maintenance employee, you make a significant contribution to the high availability and economical operation of our building infrastructure as well as to operational and accident safety. As a technically interested and skilled person, you reliably carry out planned as well as unforeseen maintenance and cleaning work in and around the entire building infrastructure.

Main activities

• Carrying out floor cleaning work according to existing concepts
• Disposal of production waste according to existing concept

Secondary activities

• Garden and surrounding area maintenance as needed (seasonal/year-round)
• Responsibility for the management of cleaning and consumables
• Support of the cleaning team
• Simple technical and manual work in technical building maintenance
• Maintenance of small machines and equipment in building maintenance
• Winter service (unplanned special operations depending on effort and incident)
• External errands based on maintenance and infrastructure costs

Your skills

• Proficient in the use of cleaning and gardening equipment
• professional experience in a comparable position
• Technical basic education is an advantage
• Category B driving license available
• Physically resilient
• Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
• PC user knowledge (MS Office)
• Providing early shifts and readiness for special operations
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high degree of independence in the field of activity
• Desirable EFZ in the area of maintenance, e.g. as a caretaker or maintenance worker
